Non-Fiction Fitness Mission
Hi, Chris Vercelli here. Welcome to my blog. This website is for YOU. I created it because over the years I've seen so many people get taken advantage of, misled and even lied to about what it takes to get in shape and achieve thier fitness goals.
Having worked in big and small gyms and worked with diet clinics and the like I see so many people who care only about thier own interests (namely, your money) and not about your success.
Not to mention all the bogus gimmicks on TV, the internet and the store shelves that claim that by taking "magic" pills or using overhyped exercise devices, or following some fad diet you can get the body of your dreams without having to do any real work.
I believe that this is why 95% of ALL people who attempt to lose weight, fail.
As a teen I lost ALOT of weight myself, and I know how it feels to just want something better than what you've got. Thats why I put together this website, to give you no-nonsense information that will really help you. I also put together a special report, "The 7 Steps To Permanent Fat Loss", which is actually a condensed version of the 127 page book I wrote last year.
This information is a culmunation of many years of working with clients of all ages as well as losing over 100 pounds myself and keeping it off for over 9 years. It is my free gift to you just for stopping by. I hope it blesses you!
