57.5% of People Suffer From This, Are You One of Them?

Several years ago I came across a Mayo Clinic study that was quite eye opening. In the study, they examined the files of over 142,000 of their patients to determine what the most common health problems were among them. The patients were of various ages and were split 53% to 47%, women to men.

What they found was that 57.5% of these patients had problems affecting their musculoskeletal system. “Arthritis and joint disorders” came in at 33.6% and “back problems” came in at 23.9%.

You can see the summary of the study here- Mayo Clinic Study

As I’m writing about this, I am imagining the lives that have been altered because of the pain that these problems caused. Maybe the pain led to them giving up an activity that they loved to do. Maybe it forced them to stop playing with their kids or grand-kids. Maybe it caused them to feel depressed, afraid or hopeless.

Can you relate to any of that?

Like most health problems, there is no “easy fix” for this, but thankfully there is now much more understanding about what causes them, which has led to new and effective solutions being devised.

One source of causation that you may have never been told about is a muscular condition called Arthrogenic Muscle Inhibition or AMI.

AMI is a condition where the central nervous system and the muscles don’t communicate as well as they should. This causes sub-par muscle support and protection around the joints. It is typically never felt until muscle testing is done to uncover it, and it leads to problems like arthritis, tendinitis, bursitis, sciatica, disc problems, strains, sprains, tears, and other things like these.

Basically if you feel discomfort in your muscles or joints, or you have some other soft tissue that is inflamed or injured, there’s a very good chance that AMI is an underlying factor.

Don’t just take my word for it though, check out the National Institute of Health website to see the 56 published scientific papers on AMI by clicking here-

NIH studies on AMI

The reason that you have likely never heard of AMI before, is because the first human studies on it were only published around 1994. In the science world, it often takes a very long time for knowledge to become mainstream.

The other reason you have likely not heard of it is because you probably don’t know anyone besides me who is adequately trained to address it. In fact, I am one of only two people in Sarasota and Manatee county trained to address AMI and I’m the only one who is Master Certified.

I could go on and on in this email about AMI but rather than do that, let me instead invite you to my seminar on the topic. In it I will discuss AMI, what it is, what causes it and I will also tell you about (and demonstrate) the cutting edge process of Muscle Activation Techniques, which is the most effective way to address AMI. Using these techniques, you can increase your strength, improve your flexibility and accelerate your ability to heal from these painful problems.

Some of these results can even be experienced within just minutes. It really is amazing.

Now, in case you want to know what other people are saying about their results with Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) before you decide to come to the seminar, click here to watch a short video of 14 people sharing their experience- MAT Client Video

The seminar will be held at 4 p.m. on Tuesday August 20th at The Meadows Country Club Fitness Center. You can download the flyer by clicking on the attachment at the bottom of this email.

I encourage you to come and to invite others who need to hear this information also. As you saw in the video, these techniques have the power to help transform bodies and lives for the better.

Blessings!

Chris
