Every now and then I get some pretty neat opportunities to share things I’m passionate about with a live audience. A little over a month ago I had one of those opportunities.
A woman named Elizabeth Gray, who owns a store called PH Botanical in downtown Sarasota emailed me over the summer after she saw an article that I wrote in Play Magazine and she asked me if she could hire me to teach a workshop at her store.
She wanted some of her friends and clients to hear about the best strategies for maintaining health and function to various body segments, and she felt like I was the man to best teach them.
We decided that we would start with a workshop on the neck and shoulders entitled “How to Keep Your Neck and Shoulders as Healthy and Pain Free as Possible.”
I put together a VERY comprehensive lecture for her people and the response I got from everyone was fantastic. Lots of light bulbs went off and lots of people left encouraged and empowered that they could effectively help themselves overcome many of these issues.
I had my assistant James record the entire workshop and we just recently got it onto YouTube for public viewing.
I highly encourage you to check it out. It is 1 hour and 55 minutes long and even though it will be very helpful to see the entire thing, I’ve created a table of contents for you so that you can skip right to the sections that most interest you if you prefer.
