Although I can’t say things feel “normal” again yet, I am glad that this past week I got back to part time status by doing 26 total sessions with clients. Not nearly what it was like pre-shutdown, but it’s a great start.
One nice thing about having this extra time is that it has given me opportunities to work on things that had been previously put on the back burner. One of those things is the revision to my 2013 book “Improve Muscles-Improve Life.” The reason I call it my “new” book is because I’m pretty much rewriting the entire thing. I’m also adding tons of new content to it like step by step home assessments and exercises (with pictures), and other information to help the readers understand how to better promote healing and reduce injury.
It could be months before the entire book is done, but I wanted to share the first section (essentially the introduction), with you today. Just keep in mind that no one has edited this yet, so it is truly a “rough” draft.
