Could This Be the Biggest Lawsuit Ever??
Have you ever heard of a man named Dr. Reiner Fuellmich? I hadn’t either until today.
Dr. Fuellmich is one of Germany’s top trial lawyers. During his career, he has brought serious criminal behaviors to light by bringing fraud and corruption cases against some of Germany’s biggest companies. One of his more famous cases was the Volkswagen lawsuit in 2015 that exposed its diesel emission fraud and led to them being forced to halt sales of several of its vehicles in the US.
Now Dr. Fuellmich is on a new crusade. One that is far bigger than any he has been on before.
On July 10th, he and three other trial attorneys launched The German Corona Extra Parliamentary Committee to investigate claims made by governments, scientists and journalists regarding the coronavirus response and its subsequent lockdowns. In May of 2019 and in early 2020, the majority party of the German government held a congress on global health. In addition to political leaders, in attendance were Dr. Tedros Adhanom- head of the WHO, lobbyists from the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation, as well as Dr. Christian Drosten, who is the head of the Institute of Virology at the University of Bonn. When it came time to mount a global response to the COVID-19 outbreak, this same group of people were asked to make the decisions that would eventually lead the world in its response.
One of the things that was decided right away was that the widespread use of polymerase chain reaction tests (PCR tests) should be implemented. These tests were not approved for diagnostic purposes, and although its inventor Kary Mullins publicly stated that these tests were insufficient for such a use, most governments (including ours) worked to fast track approval of these tests because of this recommendation.
Once in use, the PCR test results became the statistics by which governments justified every other response measure, including the severity of the lockdowns. The figures derived from these tests, which informed the infection counts and the death counts, were also the main driver of the fear and panic that led to widespread compliance.
So… where does the lawsuit come in?
Evidence has now been uncovered that not only proves that the PCR tests are woefully unreliable, but that those in this congress knew they were unreliable and proceeded with the recommendation anyway.
What the investigators have also uncovered is a document leaked by the German Department of Interior (now known as the “panic paper”), showing that the population was deliberately driven to excessive panic by politicians and the mainstream media. It even called for a specific message to be driven into the minds of children, which is that they should be made to feel responsible “for the painful tortured death of their parents and grandparents if they don’t follow the (lockdown) rules.”
The international class action lawsuit will be filed against those responsible for implementing these measures, and he claims that 50 other countries are in line to follow suit. This could make it one of the biggest lawsuits ever.
